When people are shopping for a Disc Jockey, it is very common that the first question they ask is about price. We understand that planning a party of any kind is very expensive and time consuming. We also understand that you need to compare prices in order to get an idea for your budget.
Our rates vary depending upon the date, time needed, location, package chosen, your specific needs and other variables that can impact the final rate. Rather than just creating a generic menu of prices, we prefer to work with each individual client to create a package that best suits their needs.
Generally speaking, professional Disc Jockeys in Massachusetts area charge between $600 and $1600 for Wedding Receptions, and often less for other types of private parties. Bar and Bat Mitzvahs are the most expensive, starting at $900 and some companies go as high as $10,000, but of course there is a lot more than just a DJ for that price.
In wedding terms, anything less that $600 is not considered professional and will be sub-standard in some way DJ's cut corners by not having liability insurance, cheap equipment or a poor music selection.
When it comes to partys most quality DJ services using professional grade equipment, a large updated music collection and who carry liability insurance tend to have prices that start in the area of $450 and go up depending on the talent.
Before you set your budget, we feel it is very important to caution you about the risks of selecting a Disc Jockey based solely on price. Please, keep in mind that we are talking about entertainment. Although we are not the cheapest. We are a professional entertainment service with years of experience creating fun parties.
Please really think hard when hiring a DJ on craigslist. We are constantly getting calls from clients who hired a DJ on craigslist, and the DJ has canceled at the last minute. We are called in a panic by the client, and sometimes we can help but many times we already have events scheduled, and can not help them. Sometimes when a price is so cheap the consumer really needs to be aware.

* We are not a booking agency we use our own DJ's who work for us.
* We don't have several different named websites which are all affiliated with the same company. (Make sure the website has phone numbers and addresses on them not just a form to fill out)

Our Party Packages contain everything you expect from a "Professional" DJ Service.
1. Preliminary Consultation to help you get started with the planning of your reception.
2. Access to a 24 hour event planning system where you can plan your event as well as a contact number for your DJ.
3. A properly attired DJ/MC
4. Our professional grade system, and our complete music library.
( These packages are not available for Weddings and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs).....
5. NO COSTUMES OR GIMMICKS....We don't make use of costumes, hats, inflatable props, or any other things that will cheapen your event. Some people like when the DJ does that, but that's not our style.
6. Our goal is provide our clients with professional entertainment that will have them, and their guests dancing the night away, but without the "cheese Factor" or the DJ who feel's the needs to be the center of attention.
7. You might say that our gimmick is our professionalism. We don't draw attention to ourselves, we draw attention to the dance floor.
Our DJ/MC Wedding Entertainment package
Our Wedding Packages contain everything you expect from a "Professional" DJ Service
1. Preliminary Consultation to help you get started with the planning of your reception.
2. Access to a 24 hour event planning system where you can plan your event as well as a contact number for your DJ.
3. Wedding Information Sheet to design your reception the way you want it.
4. Music Information Sheet to list your requests and songs you do and don't want played.
5. Final Consultation 2 weeks before your reception to review and finalize your reception plans.
6. Five (5) hours of our DJ entertainment services with Tux or Suit attired DJ
7. Early Arrival to provide plenty of time to set up before your guests arrive.
8. Cocktail Music played at an appropriate volume to allow your guest to converse.
9. Introduction Of The Bridal Party set to music that you have the option of choosing.
10. Cake Cutting Music provided to set the mood while the cake is being cut.
11. Toast & Blessing is done at the head table, thanks to our cordless microphone.
12. Dinner Music is played at an appropriate volume to allow your guests to enjoy their meal.
13. First Dance with the Bride & Groom to the song of your choice.
14. Bridal Party Dance including the parents of the Bride and Groom.
15. Continuous Dance Music with all your requests played (overtime is available).
16. Bouquet & Garter Toss done half way into the dance segment to balance out the evening.
17. Daddy Daughter & Mother Son Dances which can be done separate or combined.
18. Traditional Wedding Dances etc.
19. Overall event coordination during the reception.
20. Last Dance that you have the choice of choosing.
21. All Requests Played including your guests requests, in addition to your pre-selected requests we keep your guests dancing all night long
